We have a 24-hour cancellation/ no call, no show policy. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not call to cancel, we will have to charge you the full cost of the missed appointment. This is the same for forgetting your appointment, no call/no show instances, and if you are 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule a new time and charge for appointment.
